1.Working principle
The staff carefully place small bags of materials onto the operation table. When approximately one-third of the bag is inside the box, a tool is employed to skillfully cut the bag, allowing the material to gracefully cascade onto the grid and discharge by its own weight. Once emptied, the bag is removed and neatly stored. The quick-opening door is then secured, and the backflush valve is activated to perform a reverse blow, preparing the system for the next cycle.

4. Application areas
The small bag unpacking machine is engineered for the efficient unpacking and feeding of small bags containing fine powders and high-purity powders that are susceptible to dust dispersion. This advanced system transfers powder from small bags into a storage bin, featuring filtration and cleaning devices, as well as a reverse blowing system to collect and filter dust generated during the dumping process. It discharges clean exhaust gas into the atmosphere, facilitating a clean and comfortable working environment for operators.
